nice lookin' mix and kudos for Baden Powell!!!
Intriguing as always. Nice to Rachid Taha included--he's a favorite of mine.
Curtis, I am constantly astounded by your ability to create so many mixes and STILL pull out enough obsurity that I'm pretty much lost after the first cut. I'd love to hear some of your mixes some day just so I know what I'm missing (which I'm sure is brilliant).
Meant "Nice to see"
Burnsy, you fan of the discordant, experimental and bollywood. 6-8 makes me grin and cringe at the same time...
This looks cool, in a freak-out kinda way. That is one looonnnng and repetitive Six Organs song that you've chosen, my friend. ;-)
Clears the room of poseurs Rob ;-)
Those opening four tracks fucking kill, mister. Oh yeah, the Sightings is great, too and that Subarachnoid Space looks pretty interesting. I'm sure the rest of it is up to the usual Burnsian standards, as well. Great stuff.
Love the first two!
The five artists I'm familiar with here are prime shit indeeed. And an xtra spatial fangs for reminding me of the fact that I saw the Camberwell Now live about 23 or so years ago when they opened for the Skeleton Crew. My, those were the days, my friend . . .;)
Accordian Tribe a bunch of renegades from Brittany? ha. Weird & wonderful as ever Curtis.
I know Wilson Pickett and nothing else!
Looks cool. Would that Twilight Singers track have anything to do with a Fleetwood Mac song of the same title?
'Tis a cover of same Mixxer.
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent...
To Jenergy: I thoroughly recommend a Burnsian Mix...I have 3 & much of it I love way too much...1 & 8 I know..the rest looks way kewl!
More cool stuff...
Just started listening to some Baden Powell. Cool stuff.
Wonderful stuff, Curtis! Love the first two tracks, and overall, the flow seems just beautiful.
