Comment:

Born 1942, Keeler is the model/showgirl whose involvement with a government minister discredited the conservative government of Harold Macmillan in 1963. Through Dr Stephen Ward, Keeler, came into contact with the Secretary Of State for War John Profumo. Profumo entered into an affair with Keeler, not suspecting that she had also been introduced to a Russian diplomat by Dr Stephen Ward.
Keeler was briefly imprisoned for her part in the affair. Stephen Ward committed suicide before he could be convicted. A movie was later made 'Scandal' starring Joanne Whalley-Kilmer as Christine Keeler. Enjoy!

This looks f-ing amazing. Love to see Morcambe and Wise on a mix. And there's some decent jazz on here, too, which of course I like to see. Sucks you don't do your thang on CD.

Fantastic Dom! If you get the time to make me a copy, I'd love to have this. (If you don't see anything you like in my mixes, I should have some new ones soon-ish.)

What a great concept! As always, fabulous mix accompanying it - the first side is especially lovely, but I like the Gainsbourg and Hardy on the other side too.

This is kill-ah. That's my fave Etta James track (and I love pretty much anything that woman does) & the side two street from Franciose to Tito is solid gold. Yet another winner from Dom!!
