Comment:
Pop meets melancholy meets psyche meets pigment - music to paint the walls by, or 'how I spent my weekend'. Original title (from the Amen Corner fave) was: La la la la, la la la la, la la la la, la la la, la la la la la, la la la la la..... Catchy, innit? Back to our regularly scheduled trash by next mix.Feedback:
Just great.
Interesting.
Fantastic. And perfect for the purpose that you mentioned.
Quite superb once again, Sean. Really diggin' the stuff you sent me last week!
Lots of great stuff + things I've never heard of = something that always piques my interest. :)
Cool!
Sweet stuff. Nice Plimsouls, Three O'Clock & Lloyd Cole.
always nice to see a great pop mix
Much fun.
I'n not much of a pop music fan, but this looks most excellent painter man. I'm getting my la las out.
Always good to have a store of great 'pop' mixes. And this is a great mix.Not sure where 'pop' starts and ends, but this would be very welcome to smoke, drink, cook, eat, dance and strip to in the Gobi kitchen!
Great lookin' mix Sean!
mr lally, this is superlative.
Far out, indeed. Excellent opener. I like the 22-25 stretch quite a bit.
Looks like great stuff. Could even play this at Rock-rock-rock-rock-Rocakaway Beach.
Top Notch Pop, looks great!
I love so much of this - Lloyd Cole, Beatles, The Plimsouls, and lots of others. Really nice work and a lot of fun!
Ya' know, I'm running thru' the tracks in my head, especially the first six to open and I'm smiling as I realize how this is put together. The stretch of the Beatles-Quercio's-Petula is a thing of beauty. (Tiger Trap?) Also, the Loons to the end-marvelous! La-la-la-la-love-it!
Kick butt as usual Mr. Lally. And that's my fave Cornershop tune.
Love it.Especially Warren Zevon.
Hmm, if I were to attempt painting the walls to the tune of this mix, we'd end up with some wild colors, swirls, & splashes . . . well, I'd like to try it!
Awsome once i post my first mix we must trade.
Nice pop, (soon to be) Pops.
Cool looking mix!
Way far out.
It's like you're in my head, man! Rather than single out songs let me just say this whole thing kicks butt.
