Comment:
Another in the Porch Sittin' series. We had a warm weekend and the ice pack is melting. Time to start thinking about spring. That means sittin' on the back porch listening to some laid back, toe tappin' tunes and sippin' brews. Tellin' stories and swappin' tales with the boys.Feedback:
Definitely some nice stuff here...
Beautiful.
nice
Love the series, love 1,3,9,14,15,17-19, well you get the picture.
Oh and if you take requests for vol. 5 I think something by The Band would work nicely!
What a great way to spend an afternoon. Good to see that porches are back in fashion.
It is what it is & that's all it is, that is to say it sits well with moi.
Soothin'!
Great music George! Caught the N. Miss Allstars a couple of weeks ago with Galactic. Was an excellent show not exactly back porch sittin' but excellent nonetheless(even in spite of my car getting towed)
Looks nice. Just my speed.
My parents place has a front porch, but its never been used. Perhaps in the summer I'll use it and listen to some tunes! Anyway, good looking mix, George. That Townes Van Zandt pick is especially nice.
Looks like a really good one, George. So how many stars do you give Thompson's Old Kit Bag?
Save a cold one for me!
all this mix needs is a nice mint julep...!
I really like this series, George. Maybe because there's nothing much better than sittin', sippin', talkin' and listenin'.
Yep, right nice mix y'got heah, George.
Great stuff! Save me a spot on the porch.
this is verrryyyy good!!!!!!!!
George: if this is some kind of Tesla weather trick to bring warmer weather, make more! Porch music! Porch music! Porch music!
this is verrryyyy Cool!!!!!!!!! ;)
Nice picks from The Highwaymen, Mr. Bragg, and Beautiful South.
Love the Dylan to Thompson stretch.
Really nice - I love this entire series. On this, the highlights for me are the Billy Bragg and John Prine - but it's all good!
Lots & lots & lots of great stuff on here - I was just listening to that John Prine album about a week back....(not a weak back - the doc's looking at that manana) - the Dylan, Gomez, Forbert, Hiatt, ect., etc. are all faves.
