Comment:

I got the idea for the following CD at a park where I live. It was actually a water reservoir turned into a park. I imagened my little town holding a 40th anniversary of 1967 at this park. All songs are the original recordings by the original artists. All tracks were released in 1967.

I want to thank everyone for their very groovy comments on this CD. It was a joy burning it. The hard thing was what tracks to put on this disc and keep it a single CD. The one track I really wanted on this disc was "Let's live For Today" by the Grass Root, but there wasn't enough room. 1967 was the best year for Pop, Rock, Psychedelic, Soul and music in general. I was five years old when these songs were released and, to me, they sound as fresh as they did when they were released. 1967 4ever. Peace, Love and Flowerpower.

You could do about 10 volumes for this one year. Kudos to you, Don.
