Pavement should have sold as many records as Pearl Jam or garnered as much critical acclaim as Nirvana. Instead, they're just that band that did that song from that Brady Bunch movie. Anyone want any more proof that life isn't fair?

Great mix--pretty comprehensive. Gonna give all these songs a re-listen, and I bet they sound just as great the 400th time as they did the first.

Note: Before we eloped, my wife and I had chosen "Shady Lane" as our wedding song.

My old band covered "Shady Lane". It has such cryptic meaning for me. What a GREAT wedding song!
