Awhile ago, I made a "Cheer Up" mix for a friend going through a tough time. Now, another close friend is going through a lot right now, so I made her this mix. Tracks 1-5 are about problems, and are meant to be consoling in that "You're not alone" sort of way. Tracks 6-12 are motivating and meant to pick up her spirits. Then, 13-17 are about things getting better and that despite the past, a new day is dawning :) All in all, it came together really well, and I've had to use it lately, as my job security has gotten very shaky (I'm a teacher in CA about to lose my job due to Arnold's cuts), and the softball team I coach has gotten off to a bad start.
