Comment:
A remarkable avalanche of music engulfed me in the past month, so I had to break it up into 2 different mixes, not only because there were too many to fit on one, but also to distinguish tones. This is the more exciting, upbeat, bombastic side, although there are definitely undercurrents of wistful, melancholy feelings (especially with the last 10 songs or so and culminating with the stunningly beautiful Strawberry Switchblade track). I still can't believe that I discovered every single one of these extraordinary songs in the last few weeks. Life is such a series of funny little miracles...:)Feedback:
hell yes and deceptacon have to be the best indie dance songs ever. ...that is if the indie kids were to ever get off their asses and shake them...
brilliant,man!
holy shiznit! Pogues, Dropkick, Kaiser Chiefs, Talking Heads, Social D, PLUS my all-time favorite Le Tigre and Ben Folds songs? too good to be true!
