Comment:
Methinks I'm all over place again! Wayan Lothring is or was an 82 yr ols Balinese drummer in 1972..this & the Japanese track were 2 CDs I bought in the Library Sale of unwanted Cds for the princely sum of a ú 1:00 each..both have a strange, eerie charm and are waiting for someone to sample. Enjoy!Feedback:
Great variety. What I know I love!
Quite, uhh...interesting flow thingy y'got goin' here Dom.
loadsa good stuff, and well done for including my fav Big Star
like side 2 a lot
Nice variety mix-something for everybody!
Yeh September Gurls is a great tune. Strange blow indeed!
Very nice. That Big Star song could be my top nominee for best pop song of all-time.
Very impressive. Digging the YLT, Fairport and Big Star tracks especially.
Yes, very nice. Especially like the Sleepy Jackson, Clash, & Jim White picks. Also hadn't listened to that Super Sessions album in a long time.
Nice collection. I particularly like "Jack O'Diamonds", and of course "September Gurls".
"Shaker" is great; nice to see YLT put it on a comp so those who missed the single can pick it up (though I'm morally opposed to these greatest hits + rarities collections; if I'm fan enough to want a disc of rarities, I don't need the hits!).
Outstanding, as always. That stretch from the middle of side one to the end of side one looks especially good!
Looks superb as ever, Dom.
Regarding I Wayan Lotring he was the leader of Gamelan Semar Pegulingan (Gamelan of the Love God) which Colin McPhee revived in the 1930's and which was reconstructed again in the early-1970s for Robert Brown's recordings.
I'm currently working on a new gamelan-based mix which is why I'm so 'know-it-all' about this at the mo :~)

Absolutely incredible, Dom! This is quite good.
I'm still waiting for the day that Dom decides to burn on CD. Brilliant!
Cor, I know I'm back on aotm. Great stuff.
Love your Sleepy Jackson and William Orbit tracks. (What's Mr. Orbit been up to lately?)
really nice!!!!!!
