Made for a LJ mix trade. The theme of the month was: 'Whatever is going on in your life this month'. I thought it was a pretty open ended challenge and wondered why this random person I was paired up to trade with would care about what was going on in my life. Then I decided to make a mix based on my current depression, a mix that would try to bring me out of it.

The first song is about going to therapy and delving deeper into your issues. The rest are just trying to get past your sadness and issues. They start off really sad, like the speaker is in the midst of a crisis and slowly get more optimist and happy and fast. I like how the last song closes the theme off and says basically, 'Eh, problems.. they come and go, but that's life'.
