Comment:

the junos were in my city this weekend, and this cd is a compilation of artists who were there, artists who i wish had been there, and other winnipeg/canadian bands that just had to be included. first we have five very awesome bands all from here. then, a medley of fine tunes including bands who performed (feist, tragically hip, k-os, billy talent). the last four artists are arguably the most 'popular.' celine dion unfortunately did not make the list, even though she somehow continues to make music that people listen to willingly. i spent the weekend trying to spot the boys from billy talent and sum 41, and was unsuccessful. i did see kardinal offishall though, buying a smoothie with his posse.
