Along with the sun that is finally starting to peek out from wherever it has been for the last 6 months, this mix just kind of randomly came out...Got to love living on the 45th parallel. Rain Rain Rain...with some mixes inbetween..Oh yeah...The cover art and title is by Michelle Waters' and has nothing to do with the mix other than it makes me smile....Which is enough for me. This Scissor Sisters lick gives me visceral and intellectual fits. It also rings my bell...Does it say 'shamon' in the lyrics? That's a nod to 'Bad', right? Either way, it's dope.
Hee hee... i WISH it said shamon in the lyrics..But I'm pretty sure as far as it goes is just Ch'mon...but from this point on I'll always be screaming out SHAMON when I hear that song...
