A mix for my friend Tara's 24th birthday. Each song is here for a reason... songs we sang along to in high school, songs we heard covered by local bands at our favourite seedy bar, songs we love, and songs I happened to find that I know she'll like. The title comes from the Amy Correia song, and fits my overall feeling toward this tape... it's the first tape I've made for her since leaving our (relatively small) hometown to take a job in Toronto, the land of skyscrapers. Even though we now live 400 km apart, we still seem to share a brain... I can't wait for her to hear this tape, it's one of my favourites. I'm thinking of making the same one for myself.
