The idea here was to let the music do more talking than the words- Songs with long instrumental breaks or just that are short. It's not very consistent with this idea (Elliott Smith, Bjork) but it feels nice enough to me. I found it very hard to pick which Elliott Smith song I wanted to include out of Alphabet Town and Christian Brothers. I can't remember how I decided. And yes, I plan to give this to a romantic potential. Here's hoping.
