This looks great! Esp. like the Hollies, Isaac Hayes, TSOOL and William DeVaughan tracks...
Cool mix. I was listening to that Isaac Hayes track yesterday.
Wunderbar!
It's A Wonderful MIx.
Yes, it's wonderful. Especially like the Sparklehorse, Wondermints, Sugar, Isaac Hayes and 54-40.
Grrrreat, as Tony the Tiger would say. Especially love that original version of Be Thankful for What You've Got.
nice to see a Luke Haines track, like the rest as well
great stuff, C. Love that Jimmy Durante track especially.
Wonderfully eclectic.
i dig it: sparklehorse, hayes, velvet j, seahorses, durante... well done.
Like the Hollies, Sugar, Jellyfish and Durante tracks. Goodnight Ms Deville wherever you are!
I like a lot of this, but especially the Odds track. The song was a favourite of mine growing up. The video for it was awesome too. I think it featured The Pursuit of Happiness.
Cruella, you continue to stretch yourself with your mixes, and this one is no exception. A proverbial onion of a mix -- many layers that we listeners can peel away, revealing even more beneath. You never cease to amaze me, Cruella. Fantastic all the way around.
Love the Andy Williams, Hollies, Isaac Hayes (a damn killer version of the song! Hot Buttered Soul, indeed.)
nice one C!!!!!!!!
That Black closer always cracks me up C, the guy's singing 'It's a wonderful life,' like it's the fucking end of his LOL So fit's perfectly here. Un autre trTs bon melangT madame.
Good tunes here.
Lots of great stuff on here, for sure. I'm also a big fan of the Isaac Hayes version of that tune.
I thought someone announced the "death of irony" a few years back . . . but Cruella has brought it back to life, wonderful life.
