Nice collection. I'd bust a move to this.
Not a critique of your mix -- which does an admirable job of capturing the state of top 40 radio during my high school years -- but this also serves as a fine illustration (a few fun tracks excepted) of what drove me to college radio.
popkulcher's point is well taken. but there is always a place for such nostalgia. and "tainted love" is timeless.
I for one am a huge fan of top 40 radio circa 1980. I love that Diana Ross song, as well as tracks 16-18. Borderline is my favorite Madonna song, and Acracadabra is amazing.
