Made this for my friend who wanted to know more about the music I listen to. She also said she wanted the mix to be fairly uptempo, so there aren't too many slow numbers in here. I put this together in (for me) a relatively short time, and I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

I chose the title "Don't Be a Stranger" because it relates to the cover art, but also because my friend is going to be away for part of the summer, and I want to be sure to hear from her while she's gone.

The front illustration is by comic artist Adrian Tomine, whom I first discovered through the cover art of The Softies It's Love album. As an extra little wink, the train map on the back is of the BART system because Tomine lives in the Bay Area and sets many of his stories there.
