Comment:

For the hell of it and dedicated to my friend Rich, who would/will love this, should I get around to making him a copy. A moody (but kind of fun in a perverse sort of way) one. Thanks to Orchid for the Erica Pomerance track and to Jana for hipping me to the quality of the Osmium album. Title from Mr. Momus.

Nice one. I never get tired of Ali Farka Toure--or Hendrix or Dylan for that matter.

I base my life on the teachings of that Captain Beefheart tune. Thanks for reminding me that I have yet to fully explore that Erica Pomerance LP.

Wow, there are some really inspired moments here. Long moments. 3 to 8 and 13 to 18 in particular.

Erica Pomerance juxtaposed with "Spirit of Eden"-- hmmmmmm..... ;-) This looks very good and I'm glad to see Nilsson making an appearance!

Great mix here, Rob -- although I think the punch line to the joke is actually "Aside from that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?"

Mrs. Lincoln might have found the play to be lacking in originality with a nonsensical plot, but I'm sure she would have loved this mix. I probably would too.

Good lookin' mix, Rob. Have you ever heard Cab City Combo, "Ford's Theater Wipeout"?
