Comment:

For the most part, these are my favorite moments from a band that I enjoyed pumping my post-adolescent fist to from ages 17-21 and still have a (slightly embarrassing) appreciation for once or twice per year. Thanks to my friend Matt for supplying every single song here (I had these on vinyl and cassette only back in the day). If someone out there has "Every Day is Halloween" and/or 1000 Homo DJs' "Supernaut" out there on disc, please let me know--I'd love to include them here, cutting "Hizbollah" and "Cannibal Song" in the process.

This brings back memories for me as well -- albeit from junior high school, but man did I love these guys! :)

Never really liked 'em, but I did have the "Terrible Thing To Taste" cd back in law school and got a kick out of cranking it up after a particularly unpleasant day. I think it was playing "So What" at maximum volume that led to an ultimatum over stereo usage by my roommate.

And nothing from "With Sympathy"? "Work For Love" is a poseur-goth anthem!

(Two years' late to the party) Great mix! Glad I could help, but No! You can't cut Hizbollah. It's very cool. I wish I could go back in time and recommend Hizbollah to the producers of the 5-Part series 'The Grid,' a very well done but under-viewed Terrorist-Fighting drama. It would have fit the tone of many scenes perfectly - Western Studio Hooks mixed with Middle-East music.
