There's a song by They Might Be Giants that goes: "Cause everyone's your friend in New York City / And everything looks beautiful when you're young and pretty / The streets are paved with diamonds and there's just so much to see / But the best thing about New York City is you and me"... Maybe you don't like TMBG or maybe you felt it was too obvious; but I mean, it pretty much fits the comments on this mix... Anyway, the songs you've got there are pretty cool (except the fourth one). The cover is very nice too.

i thought "new york city" was by cub? maybe cub covered it. or maybe tmbg covered it. and *i* LOVE the pet shop boys song, they are one of the best bands ever. & the push kings song is fairly classic!
