I've been planning on doing this for awhile, knowing full well that fewer than 10 songs would fit on an 80-minute disc. 80 minutes from Ike's classic period (1969-72). Last tracks cut: "Never Can Say Goodbye," "One Woman," "I Just Don't Know What to Do with Myself" and "Hyperbolicsyllablecsesquedalymistic."

This would make a fine officla release Hayes best of. Hyperbolic will have to be on volume II, because it's a must.

I found most of Ike's sides in the budget bins in the 80's. Bought them for their cheese factor then came to realize his genius.

I agree about "Walk on By" but I really love "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'.
