"After a few tequilas, he becomes something holy."
Comment:
Whew. For the hell of it. Almost a pop/rock mix, not a mixed-genre, but Eno and a couple of others kind of yank it out of that category. Another fun one. That AMC track is from one of the best live shows that I've ever seen. Thanks to Dead Man and to Orchid for placing that fantastically catchy (it hasn't left my head for weeks) 5 Gentlemen song on mixes that they sent me over the past couple of months. Thanks also to Mr. Tarantino for indirectly (subliminally, really, since I didn't think about it 'til after I used Nilsson in this way) inspiring my ending all those years ago. Title from Mr. Eitzel & Co.Feedback:
one of my fav songs here (dexy's) and the rest looks great too
Looks/sounds real good. Love that Devo & most of the rest!
great mix, especially the Devo, Eno, and B-52's!
It's "Dis-Nous Dylan", I believe. (where on earth did you get that song?)
I like the look of this one. Particularly the Felt and Dino Jr picks... and that Nilsson track also holds a special place in my heart.
superb. I really love the B-52's track, and I remember singing drunkenly to the devo cover way back when.........
Very good Rob. I love the Lucinda tune.
Great stuff from start to finish!
Pretty cool. Liking the Dino and Fall picks specifically.
Nice.
Neat!
Classic.
Looks great Rob.
interesting! some lovely odd juxtapositions.
Damn, you've been a busy little mixing monkey! I know & love almost all of this dispatch. Only blank is that Les 5 Gentlemen which I'm now dying to hear.
