This is companion tape to "No Matter What/Won't You Follow Me Down To The Rose Parade?" Both tapes made March 25, 2005. The Griffin and Gang Of Four songs are both live. "It's Just That Simple" is sung by Wilco's bass player, John Stirrat. "O'Brien/O'Brien's Nocturne" followed by Elliott Smith makes sense.
