The only way to feel the noise (is when it's good 'n' loud)
Comment:
Classic speed-punk/proto-thrash... or whatever Lemmy & Co. were in their prime. I'd call them "great," whatever category you choose. Brutal, yet beautiful in their brutality. Thanks (again) to lo-fi for the pre-Overkill stuff that's featured here and for the last two tracks. Lastly, no live versions were included here because... well, they're probably *all* better than the studio versions and I didn't want this to be a mostly live mix. Needless to say, these selections still rock.Feedback:
I sold a copy of Kerrang to Lemmy once
I watched him fighting with a jukebox in a pub once
GREAT mix!
I love Motorhead.
I actually only really know there well known songs. I should probably look into them more.
One word. "MOTORHEAD!"
The band everyone could agree on, or at least punks & metalheads. Yeah, the three piece line-up was the best, but even their last disc kicked the ass of dozens of releases by much younger bands.
I like Motorhead but I'm not sure just how much a Nazi Lemmy is - judging by his Q interview he's swimming into the red!
