This mix is for a friend of mine who is addicted to clothes shopping at thrift stores. When we go thriftin' together she goes off to the clothes while I dig through the records (how many "Sing Along With Mitch" albums can I shuffle past in one lifetime?). No comment on "essential" gender differences here. We do share a love of the same music, so this mix has lots of her (and my) favorite bands. Maybe we'll play it on our next thrift store tour.
