Comment:

Note: This mix was completely revamped and re-posted under this mix number on 8/11/05 to reflect its stature as the second disc in my two-disc "response" to the commercially released two-disc Tepid Peppermint Wonderland anthology. This disc covers their work from the tail end of Take It from the Man! to the present. See Disc 1 for more extensive notes. A third "bonus" disc will follow under the more traditional lyric-based title. In contrast to my usual practice with single-artist mixes, I edited the beginning and end of both track 8 and track 18 in order to include other great songs.

Another good set here. I haven't heard a lot of the stuff here - I'm still getting into the band - but the stuff I've heard is really cool.

Good stuff. I've always liked what I've heard by BJM, but I'm a bit intimidated by their prolific output (the same can be said of GBV) -- I never know which release I should buy. Maybe a two disc best-of would help.

I see you've been drinking the acid punch again. Go ahead and do volume 3!

Probably my fave band of the last decade (only discovered em about a year ago via this great site) This really wets my appetite Rob.
