The 4th construct, & final facet, of the CUbE mini-series; a mixture of ambient
whirrings, avant garde/nouveau classical pluckings, and a few twangs...all carefully
held together with Elmer'sTM experimental glue (and bearing the distinct smell of burning wood...).

(The link to Dan Trueman's

Machine Language, on Bridge Records, & the focal point of this mix, is there
as a reference for the adventurous...Dan's remarks in the liner notes are as interesting
as his music; his description of the compositional style employed is found on the back cover:
"Constructed with Bows, Strings, Laptops, Electric Violons, Odd Speakers...and other
'Stuff'". If that peeks your interest, see also
Reinventing the Violin
...fascinating).

I agree with mckbrd, this does look very interesting--the whole series. And as if that weren't enough, you are the master of HTML font formatting!

I am honored to be one of the few (one of the two?) on the planet to have aural exposure to this assemblege of sound vibrations. Suffice it to say that it is a mind-widening (yes - mind-widening - it is different than mind-expanding) experience. Whirrings & pluckings & twAng never had such good company. A masterpiece.

Great conclusion to an excellent series. Looking forward to the movie version. Who will play you? May the cube be with you.

After listening to this for a week I can help think this would be a perfect sound track for a movie (and I've been daydreaming about what kind of music). The creation and relaxation of tension is superior on this mix.
