I like Wolf Parade, Lucksmiths, Unbunny, etc. Some of this looks pretty amusingly obscure, even for me.
Patrick: Most of these are my own recent discoveries, but I would say that if they are obscure, none of them are deservedly so.
Given the bands that you like, I'd recommend checking out Head of Femur. They're awesome.
