Sounds interesting; I especially like the Andrew Bird and Philip Glass songs. From whence springs the title? It sounds like a disease or an advanced drumming technique.
I was doing cut-ups (a la Gysin/Burroughs) one day, and those two words sprang out at me. They looked like they meant something important, so I kept them.
