Comment:

An all-Canadian mix (though I'm missing all the good obscure bands that some of the other cancon mixes I've seen)The title comes from a discussion I've had to have with friends now that I'm at University in the States.

Nice Canadian mix (although I agree that there are tons of great great bands left out)... yay for Kids in the Hall! And what Canadian hasn't been asked about mounties on horses, living in an igloo, or the infamous "Hey you must know my friend [insert name]in [insert city on the other side of Canada.]" By the way, where is that Bif Naked/Matthew Good tune from? I haven't heard it.

well they my tape was only 110 min. not long enough for all the great Canadian music! I'm not sure where exactly the Bif/Matt song originated from I stumbled over it on Napster one night, it's a really good cover though

The Matt Good/bif naked tune was from a cd released by the FOX radio station in Vancouver. It was a limited release and actually features several other local artists on the 1999 song including Todd Kerns from Age of Electric, and a dude from the Odds i think! Its a great acoustic cd other than 1999!

Very nice - although I must inquire, why the Rheos' version of the national anthem and not the one by the Nylons? =)
