Comment:

Robots... everybody loves robots!! Also a mix cd collaboration... everybody loves collaborations!! Created by myself, Rob who contributed the video game music half of "Mix CD -- WHO??", and JC, the original intended recipient of that CD as well as of "Jesus, Saddam and the Thompson Gunner". Title track submitted by Rob. Everybody loves title tracks.

Gah! I've actually thought about doing this same theme, with many of the same tracks. "Dirtbike" seems a bit out of place at the end there, but I guess you can never have enough TMBG.

hmm... out of place on the album, or out of place as the last track? because originally this was in a different order ending with "Megamanning", but i didn't like the order and replaced it (on me very lonesome!) by this one. i don't know... Dirt Bike sounds so *weary*, i suppose, as if the people approached by the mysterious, self-motivated Dirt Bike are all ready to fan themselves on their porch, watch the sun go down, and hear the brass band on the next corner. While this "self-propelled", "philosopher" machine comes over to hypnotize them. that's enough of a robot for me! ... i'm curious, what tracks among these were you thinking of putting in? i have to tell you, soon after i did this, i was kicking myself for forgetting about Jefferson Airplaine's "Plastic Fantastic Lover".

this is great, but one of my pet peeves is repetition... check out my robot mix if you like (we are ze robots).

hmm... i should probably say that the three Robot Sex tracks are all entirely different pieces... all from Mike Patton's crazy album "Adult Themes For Voice", which also contains song titles such as "The One Armed vs. 9 Killers", "The Man In The Lower Left Hand Corner Of The Photograph", and "A Ceremony Of Senses, An Alibi In The Red Light District". just for kicks, i guess.

Wow, no "The Robots" by Kraftwerk? A number of Servotron songs would have made good additions as well.
