Comment:

Not at all random, as the title may suggest. Yes, perhaps someday I will find my way out of the 1970s, but probably not anytime soon. And please bear with me during my intense european prog phase! (or whatever it's called... I THINK it's called prog, but I'm terrible with genres).

Don't know most of this, but some killah song titles there.

Once again raising the bar (or lowering it for all the limbomaniacs) for mixers everywhere. There's worse places to be stuck in than the 70's.

I wouldn't necessarily file the Art Bears (or Mitch Ryder, for that matter) under prog (or limbo, for that matter), but who cares? This looks like excellent work.

Really, really fantastic, and I'd love to hear the stuff I don't know. And hey, don't worry - it doesn't need pigeonholing; it's good enough as it is!

Just to clarify, I didn't mean the whole mix is bogged in prog (really just 1 & 2 on here), but that my mixes in general have been a bit heavy on the prog (and light on the limbo) lately. :)

This looks fascinating -- and it reminds me that I haven't listened to Mitch Ryder in a long time.

This does indeed looks fascinating. Great Roy Harper pick, among others.

Man, I am always intrigued by your mixes. (mostly cause about 80% of it is unfamiliar to me). This looks suitably great and stuff, though.

Not much here I know, which is what I can say about most of your recent mixes. You're obviously not buying your CDs at Walmart, though they do have a pretty decent prog section.

let's see... i've got the Art Bears, Love, Manu Chao, Roy Harper, and Mushroom... and those "cuts" are thick and delicious. If you're interested, perhaps we could orchestrate a trade.

Looks excellent! Don't be in any great rush to exit the 70's, I love the stuff you're finding there :)

In-freakin-credible.

This would definately make it into my shopping cart.

Wherever do you find these tasty tidbits?

You can leave that gauntlet on the ground. I'm not pickin' it up. May have to leave the kitchen if it gets any hotter. Masterful, melodius and mighty fine. The 70's, must get a summer place there.
