i don't know what to say. i have never cried so much , i have never been so sick. if i could rip my heart out of my chest right now i would. none of us can do anything for new orleans . . . no levie could hold our tears back. we have lost something that we will not see again in our time.

i'm very devestated as well. i still haven't been able to get ahold of some of my friends there. it is fucking crazy.
I've been doing what I can to keep my sorrow to myself; I've donated to the Red Cross and I've written my poetry. but watching this unfold on television and on radio has taken a part of me that I'll never get back.
