Comment:
A good Yoga mix should be around 115 minutes long. It should start mellow, reach an upbeat peak, and end mellow. Namaste is a Hindu greeting which accompanies the gesture of placing both palms together and bowing slightly. One translation: "I go to the place in me where the entire universe resides and recognize that place in you as well."

I absolutely love the meaning of that hindu greeting.
I absolutely love the Lips and APC songs. Also, that Incubus track is probably the best they've ever recorded. Good mix indeed.
