this is my sept. mix for imtp. i was a little hesitant to put DARE on here because they have started using it in that phone commercial but i went with it anyway. i switched this up before sending it and added the ween and digital underground. i also switched ray charles to leave my woman alone and george harrison to isn't it a pity.
Feedback:
this would make for awesome roadtripmusic (if you wanted to avoid the ad version, try the remixes of dare, esp. the dfa one, very lean and mean)
Is there really a "Best Mix Ever"? I hope not. This is a damn fine mix though. A song/tune is either subjectively good, bad or somewhere above or below this rating. If it becomes more prevalent or, heaven forefend, is used in an advertising campaign, surely it is still the same song/tune and the previous rules apply. I may well be talking balderdash, but it's better than bottling it up. p.s. DARE is a great tune in any circumstances.
Furthermore, yours may well be the best username ever. It deserves its own comic strip.
the title is a reference to the simpsons, not a proclamation that this is actually the best mix ever. plus i cannot take credit for my username because it is stolen from the simpsons as well. so as you can see i am not that clever, and probably would have a hard time coming up with the best mix ever.
