Comment:

For this volume, I wanted to highlight some of the progenitors of alt-country, so their songs are mixed in with contemporary artists. It's appropriate for the approaching harvest season, I think.
It took me a couple of months to tweak the selections and sequencing. I couldn't fit everything I wanted to on the CD, so I had to make some substitutions and on and on. I'm sure I'll make a modified mix on cassette.
