Comment:

I'm an RPG nerd, and I especially love SNES RPGs. So one day I decided to make a mix that reminded me of the game Terranigma. I thought it would be easy. I thought I would be finished quickly. I thought it would be one disc long. I was very wrong. A month and three discs later, i was finished. This is part one, covering the beginning of the game through the second visit to Castle Henri (with the sleeping potion.) Ididn't want to use actual game music, but DarkCecil13's remix is really great, so I put that one in. The Guster song is there because one line in the song sounds like one of the songs in the game. Toto is there because I'm a smart-ass (just wait 'til Richard Marx shows up on Vol. 3.) If you're a fan of Terranigma, you'll probably figure out what song goes with what event in the game (I hope.) I tried to arrange the songs in chronological order with the game, and I think I did a decent job of it.

an artificial soundtrack representing a journey through an RPG?? you gotta be kidding me. as a huge fan of both mix cds and role-playing video games (hint for all y'all: nothing to do with sex, whatsoever) i just can't believe my good fortune. unfortunately i don't know much about Terranigma. different languages, eh? i'm fascinated. and also reminded that my own video game music mix is long overdue....
