You know what they say: If it's too...Not only was it too loud, but extremely crowded. People started shoving as they are wont to do on such occassions. It was past my bedtime even as it started, so I left early. Somewhat ashamed at first, but eventually relieved. At any rate, in consolation I made myself a tape of sophisticated, yet hip, sounds: the way I like'em (or I guess the way I need them, now).
