Comment:
Finally both girls' Christmas Mix finished. This took at least 20 hours if not more as I had to stop mid-way through tracks when I heard the f**k word. Even though Luci, 11 yrs old, has an I-pod stuffed with Eminem, Missy Elliott etc, she is not my daughter and I don't want to give her stuff that might outrage her father. What she loads down from the internet is not my responsibility, but I am responsible for the mixes I make for both her & her sister. So if this mix, by Lucis standard, is just a tad pedestrian.is a tad old skool.then so be it!Feedback:
Wonderful Dom and not pedestrian in the least. 'Course I'm just a 42 year old fogey. I'm especially fond of that Wu-Tang Clan -> Lee Dorsey -> Shonen Knife opening on side two.
Wow, Christmas mix already completed?! Looks fantastic, and rather interesting.
Looks great. Merry Christmas!
If this is "pedestrian" count me a walker. Nice Sleepy Jackson pick as wellas the Madness > Feeder end of Side A! (You're waaaaay ahead of the crowd Dom1. As per usual.)
Wow. I wish I was on your Christmas list. So much to like here. Very nice.
Looks good.
What a responsible fellow you are Dom! 20 hours well spent I'd say.
It's going to be a Holly Jolly Christmas, indeed.
This is fun. Love that LaVern Baker track! What was she thinking when she agreed to record it?
yeah, fucking pisses me off when some arsehole swears in the middle of a bloody good track . . .
