Good picks all. But nothing from Sandinista? I guess maybe it's not an intro record. Quite a nice selection here, though.

Though, a bit Calling-centric, this is all kinds of good.Check out Sandanista though. You'll be 8 kinds of happy. Nice picks.

If a Single Artist Clash mix ISN'T Calling-centric, I would consider it deeply flawed. No disrespect to the rest of their brilliant work, but London Calling is such a towering pillar. My only complaint is the same one made by the first commentator - what, nothing past the '70s? I guess this is an introduction as you say, and personally, I'm not much of a fan of their post-"Sandinista" work (especially all the annoying singles that came after that), but...c'mon, "Sandinista"! If nothing else, bring on "Police on My Back"! No, but other than that, this is fabulous. I'm especially pleased to see that "The Card Cheat" made your list
