Comment:
Does anyone have any of the other JCOA stuff? 11 is the disc that features Taylor, but I think P. Sanders was a featured soloist, as well as Roswell Rudd and others. Let me know. I haven't listened to this straight through yet, it is burning as I type. I am interested to see how it sounds.Feedback:
To each their own, I guess. ; ) This looks frightening, but I'm sure it has some interesting bits, even for relative (to you) purists like me. Thanks for your oh-so helpful (and since deleted) comment on my last mix. Still waiting on "Guitar" btw. I've been checking my mailbox every day for MONTHS wondering when it's going to come! ; )
Transcendent mix Nick.
I wish I could make an intelligent comment about this intriguing mix, but I can't so I should just stop typing.
Interesting looking mix, Nick.
This intrigues me greatly! Like Orchid, I wish I could say more, but I'd definitely like to hear it.
Don't know a note of this. But, certainly looks intriguind.
how's the new york composers orchestra? i am totally unfamiliar. i don't have any other jcoa records, unless you count 'escalator over the hill.' what else is there? i know of the rudd 'numatik swing band' record, the cherry 'relativity suite,' and the leroy jenkins 'for players only,' none of which i have. clearly, i am not a player.
