Comment:

I made this song about a year ago, over the course of some months, piecing things together very slowly and changing a lot of the songs. I ended up giving it to a good friend as a birthday present, and this year his birthday rolled around again and reminded me of its existence. I dug up my original copy and decided I should return to Art of the Mix (I have already submitted this mix, but with a username I have long forgotten), and try to make some new tapes and CDs.

So, compiled between July and November of 2004, this is one of the few mixes I've ever managed to complete which follows any sort of particular theme. The theme is simple; that all the songs should be quiet, or at least not very loud, and I suppose because of that most of them are fairly depressing, and the overall feel is quite dark and moody. I think it fits the time of year, so it'll probably get some heavy rotation on my stereo in the next couple of weeks.

A nice mix... I love quiet moody songs.
