Comment:

Every so often I compile a disc of stuff I've been listening to regularly. This is one I did a couple of months back. I spend a ridiculous amount of time in record shops and this is the product of many wasted hours elbow deep in dusty old wax. The Philippe Breche & Lenoeud and TrSD GrSS Och Stenar tracks were lying around on my computer so I used them to flesh out the CD. I have a rule that I'll only download obscure or quirky material and those two safely fit into both categories. Again it's a real mixed bag and reflects my collection. The Kingsbury Manx track is one of the best new things I've heard in a long, long time and is simply stunning, a very beautiful piece of music. 'Crimson & Clover' is one of my favourite ever songs and I feel that after the opening trio of film music it bookends the mix perfectly in tandem with the equally as gorgeous 'Snow Angel Dance'. I love music, it makes me what I am.

Another excellent mix, who would've believed somebody with your sort of musical tastes/choices would be a Blue?
I'm lovin' Mancini at the moment. 'Crystal Blue Persuasion' just edges the 'Crimson' for me. Keep wastin' those hours !!

Geographically, although the days of standing in the cold on ramshackle, open terracing aren't in the too distant past!
