Comment:

my major project for the past week. every great girl punk, post-punk, new wave, etc. track that i could find. i wasn't a snob about female-singer-only bands, but the requirement for those was that the girl obviously had an impact on the sound of the band and was not just a vessel for boys' music. there's a lot of little obscure things on here that i like to boast about finding. a lifetime in the making. i really want to spread this around if anyone wants it.
