Comment:
Iggy Pop's "I'm a Real Wild Child (Wild One) were supposed to be on this mix, but it wouldn't fit and was cut because I don't much care for the song and it is overplayed anyway. "Dreams" by the Cranberries and "Don't Dream It's Over" by Crowded House fit the least on the mix which is why they are on at the end, but I like both of those songs so I left them on. I first saw the Guinness commercial feature "Mambo # 5" while living in Australia. This was the commercial that turned me on to paying attention to the music used in television advertisements. Also, even though the world was shocked when the Beatles' "Revolution" was used in a Nike commercial, I decided to include it because the song is great and the public paid attention to tv commercial music when it was released.Feedback:
weird, i've used that exact same "are you gonna be my girl?"/"hey! i'm gonna be your girl" pairing before. and damn, i didn't know there was a buzzcocks song in a commercial! makes me kind of sad.
