Comment:

My acquisition of a long sought-after Buggles album completed this mix for me. For extra points, where do the first and last tracks come from? And for even more extra points, which two tracks are different recordings of the same song?  [album art full size]

"Cheese"-y mix! Some nice selections that capture the theme. I've been considering a similar mix for quite awhile, but fortunately few of the songs I'm considering are duplicated here. Not sure what the answers to your questions are, but I think the first and last song have something to do with Pete Townshend.

good work. I'm glad to see that Def Leppard made it to the party.

Okay, I'll answer these questions myself. The first and last tracks (the hidden tracks) are segments of dialog from the Pete Townshend album Psychoderelict. (Good guess, Moe.) Tracks 2 and 20 ("I Am a Camera" by the Buggles and "Into the Lens" by Yes) are really the same song in two different recordings. Geoff Downes and Trevor Horn were in on both sessions.
