Comment:

It's that time of year again. Sweating as you shop in a winter coat, eatting in far too cramped food courts, swiping your credit card until the stripe wears out...and of course fighting for parking spots. In days like these, I need all the positive energy I can get...hence this little collection of songs. This is my end of the year mix, heavily influenced by CBC Radio's ongoing show THE NATIONAL PLAYLIST: Final Fantasy, New Pornographers & Tegan and Sara all got higher rotation on my iPod thanks in part to that show. I also decided to put the louder stuff at the end to creat a gradual crescendo...works well on winter mixes I think. Cheers! -Famous.

The New Pornographers song was awesome live - it really got me into their show! I also dig the Tegan & Sara track. Their entire 'So Jealous' album is top notch work. Some other nice stuff here too! Have a good holiday season, mate!

I have absolutely no qualms with any pick, unusual for me. Bit of an assist to The National Playlist, but a great mix. Great Rufus track too.
