The Coroner
Comment:
Recording from vinyl can be a right pain in the arse so I've treated myself to a new PC. Very nice it is too, humming away softly in the corner of the east wing library, and I made this mix in a tenth of the time it used to take. I haven't worked out how to do the sound levels so the volume is a little uneven - any technical advice would be gratefully received. A trade with Hane, the Illinois gent who introduced me to Theola Kilgore.Feedback:
Nice, liking 8,10,14-15.
Coroner's verdict - certainly no mix by misadventure. Great to see Manu Chao amongst a whole heap of other top tunes.
Nice.
but recording from vinyl is fun. please reconsider. great choices by S±r. Wanderly, High Llamas and good to see you're keeping Nino Rota in circulation. very nice work, even if you are no longer old-school.
This looks cool.
Utterly tripe-astic! Bravo.
From what I know, this looks great. From what I don't know, it looks fascinating.
Very nice to see another one from your good self. Great to see Pharoah Sanders there! I love the feel of this, especially the High Llamas -> Orange Juice section.

The east wing library? Nice songs.
not familiar with a lot of this, but the Wyatt-Chao-Orange Juice section (ie the bit I know) is well cool. As Clif says, no misadventure here.
