Send me an invite. I like this soundtrack. Happy songs and ones that everyone knows well enough to sing/dance along to whenever they want. If you ask me though there's something terribly sad about "Brown-Eyed Girl"...much as I love it, I wouldn't put it on any party mix. But at least it's the last track, like a wistful send-off. I'll have to remember this mix come summer 2006, to give me some ideas how to enjoy the season :)

Interesting mix of genuinely fun tunes (Katrina, Go-Go's) and horrific songs from my youth by artists who should be shot on sight.

I can't listen to Brown-Eyed Girl any more without thinking of that Too Much Coffee Man strip that says it's actually about anal sex. It's disturbing . . .

I'll file Katrina under "artists who should be shot on sight" as well. ;)
