Interestingly (because it isn't really famous in any way), the PotUS cover is one of my all-time favorites, too. This is a peculiar mix - not much of an overt theme or symmetry to the music, but damned if almost every song isn't a genuine winner. I love mixes like that. I mean, what a brilliant Beach Boys song, and Rockpile? Never receiving enough attention. Blues Traveler may seem now like a relic of the '90s, but that song is impossible to extricate from your ears once it's been heard. Ramones are reliable in the best way, Fatboy Slim should join Rockpile as an unfairly forgotten (or in his case unfairly maligned) gem, and it's hard not to enjoy that Liz Phair cover, Polyphonic Spree's most well-known (and only) hit, and pretty much anything that B-52s, Squeeze, Joe Jackson, and Warren Zevon have to offer. This just has one surprising slice of jolly good times after another. Very cool

You know i almost forgot Horglass by Squeeze existed. A forgotten pop classic. Nice Beach Boys and Fatboy Slim choices aswell. I was tempted tho to say i'd never heard of The Polyphinoc Spree but decided against it at the last minute.
